The Iron Horse is a 70 Mile, multi-sport relay and Solo race that will take you 'Over the Top' in a mucky, gritty romp right in our back yard !!

From the Washington Cascades to the Snoqualmie Valley, racers compete in Team Relay and Solo categories.
Using Paddle, Pedal and Run power only, teams and solos will travel from Lake Keechelus just over Snoqualmie Summit to Meadowbrook Farm between the cities of Snoqualmie and North Bend Washington. You'll be in Kayaks and canoes on Lake Keechelus then Mt Bikes for super fast 21 mile sprint down Iron Horse Trail that takes you through a two mile tunnel ! Trail runners take it from there and blast down the Snoqualmie Valley Trail to Meadowbrook Farm Finish. From there we have three more exciting legs that pinwheel out from the Farm. Road Bikers sprint a 26 mile loop out into the Three Forks Natural Area and return to Meadowbrook. A muddy, treacherous Single Track Mt. Bike leg will test the mettle of any biker and is the last and final leg.

This year, we are adding a Kids Division called the Iron Pony. We'll test skills and grit of 12 and unders in Mt biking and Obstacle course tests.

Meadowbrook Farm Finish Area will host a ton of food and goodies along with a beer garden to celebrate victories (and flops)

Awards will run three deep in all categories and a superb High Tech Finishers shirt for all participants and volunteers

A minimum of three teams or Iron Solo's are required for each division. If a category does not fill, team captains or solos will be contacted and will be reassigned to the most appropriate category. Likewise, additional categories will be considered if requested, and registration guaranteed, by at least three teams or individuals.
