The Course

The overall Iron Horse Multi sport course is approximately 70 miles consisting of an 8 mile paddle leg on Lake Keechelus, followed by a 21 mile Mountain Bike ride down Iron Horse Trail to Rattle Snake Lake. From there, runners will follow the Snoqualmie Valley Trail 8.2 miles to our Finish Arena at Meadowbrook Farm.
